Unsolved crimes

The following crimes remain unsolved and occurred in the past week.
1, Twice in the past week , Wolseley Mechanical located on Wilgress Rd has had its perimeter fence cut.Once inside the compound, thieves have been taking brass plumbing fittings.
2.On Wednesday October 12th a break and enter was reported to a home located in the 7700 block of Lantzville Rd.The point of entry was the front door and the incident took place between the hours of 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM. A small amount of cash was taken.
3.On Sunday October 16th a hole was punched in a fence to a property located in the 3600 block of Hillside Drive.The home owner told police this is the third time their fence has been vandalized.
4.On Friday October 14th at 3:40 PM a sign in front of Quintessential Accessories located at 2 Commercial St was kicked in half and destroyed. The cost to replace it is in the range of $100 dollars.The person responsible is described as being a male with a dark complexion(possibly First Nations or Caucasian),approximately 5 ft 11 and was wearing a black sweater and jeans. He was carrying a bag of groceries and was last seen walking along Franklyn St.
