South end hit hard by taggers

From Friday August 12 to Saturday August 13th vandals and taggers in the south end of Nananimo and taggers were busy hitting a number of businesses ,homes and signs.
It is believed most of the tagging was carried out in the early morning hours of Saturday August 13th. Incidents of tagging occurred in the 300 block of Selby St extending south to Douglas Ave and in and around the trailer park. The individuals involved used a red spray paint and targetted sides of buildings, stop signs, speed bumps, fire hydrants and real estate signs. Other areas targeted were the 600 block of Pine St and Seventh St.
