Indecent exposure

On Saturday November 28th at 1:45 PM a male exposed himself to two female joggers at the Participaction park located at at Bowen Park Recreation Complex.
 The two females were jogging around the Participaction park at Bowen Park Recreation complex when they came across a male with a toque covering his face, dancing and lurching from side to side with his pants down around his ankles.
 The females initially turned to leave but decided against it and picked up sticks and some rocks and started yelling "coward,coward" at the male.The male quickly decided to stop with the dancing and pulled his pants up, screamed in terror as several of the rocks struck him and turned and ran in the opposite direction. He was chased out of the park but is pursuers eventually lost sight of him.
He is described as being about 30 years of age, 5 ft 8th  with a medium build. He was Caucasian, with shoulder length salt and  pepper hair. He was last seen wearing a V-neck sweater and had on a plain black jacket.
